    Playa Honda is convienently connected to Alicante Airport in 70 minutes.

    Verdemaar II is the only gated condominium with a pool built next to the Playa Honda beach before the Law prohibited the building of apartments within 100 meters of the beach.

    This corner penthouse, on the fourth floor of the apartment block, is connected to its own private Roof Terrace by a spiral stair-case.

    The Accommodation ( 40 square meters):

      consists of a spacious Living room separated from a fully equipped Kitchen by a Bar counter. The Bathroom has a Bath tub with shower and WC plus Bidet.

      In the Bedroom is a large built-in wardrobe and 2 single beds with side-tables.

      The Living room has a Coffee table and a Sofa ( which doubles as a bed for 2 adults). Opposite this is a huge cupboard containing storage drawers for linen and towels together with shelves for dinning plates, bowls, glasses etc. There is a Dinning table, a Card table plus 4 Bar stools. Next to the Intercom is a large in-built Storage/"Broom" cupboard.

    Amenities:

    5. There is a local supermarket and several cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
    6. Recreational activities abound around the Mar Menor Lagoon but nature lovers and joggers will be more attracted to the nearby Calblanque National Park. It is a beautiful Nature Reserve with pristine beaches, rolling hills and a rugged coast facing the Mediterranean sea.
